Picture Decorations: That Is support is f*cking absurd! I've been handled like COMPLETE trash out of this company

1 – I get emails constantly begging for my $ and my company.

I finally place an order... (admittedly, naively, I put an extremely big order convinced that the organization had their shit together) on NOV 27. Anticipated ship day was DEC 3. I waited, waited and waited patiently till December 12th before I approached this p.O.S.organization regarding my purchase.

2 – Next I had been sent some bullshit form-letter about how exactly running have been postponed as a result of popular for these products…well exactly what a f*cking surprise…it is THE HOLIDAY SEASON... Fools. This mail might have been delivered WELL BEFORE i approached them! Sayyyy... Around December 3, when it had been designed to have now been prepared...

I replied... Peeved, but nicely for this mail and requested to get a following range as well as for my cargo approach to be improved totally free (like they stated they'd do within their form-letter - they evidently did not actually STUDY).

I received the next email:

5 – And So I call back, only 10 MOMENTS after i log off of the telephone using the last individual, TO ENSURE that I'm likely to be obtaining overnight delivery, WHEN I WAS INFORMED BEFORE…and the inexperienced person that responded my call this time around stated that I'd be receiving my order by Dec. 26th. I'd not been improved! That is bullshit... When I ought to be getting OVERNIGHT shipping from these freaking people.

Our delivery wasn't improved... I received no discount…and today I can’t actually utilize these darn decorations

I put this purchase nearly PER MONTH before. I had been never approached TILL I created an attempt to become educated about this standing of my purchase. The standing never altered on my account info site. I've lost $170.00 with this particular organization. I've been a faithful horsepower person for 6 decades today, I've bought 3 notebooks out of this organization, some other computer gear and also have been utilizing SnapFish’s picture running since this summer.

I'm outraged

It has visit be by far THE ABSOLUTE MOST unprofessional organization I've ACTUALLY done business with. They'll NEVER get company from me again. They'll never be suggested by me to ANYBODY! EASILY actually obtain these items – they're about the first coach back again to this shit-organization and that I may anticipate their “110% reimbursement garbage promise” to become upheld. I'm confident this is a headache aswell

They are able to push these decorations up their inexperienced butts!
