Phil mcclellan subcontracted my concrete services and when i finished the job he said he had no money even thou the homeowner paid him. I got stuck paying for the concrete and my labor. I gave him a discounted rate because i needed money for xmass and bills. I poured 5 yards of concrete for 1,200.00 he charged homeowner 2,500.00 and never finished the paving work. Upon further investagation he has 14 complaints with the dcp of ct since 2006... He owns 500,000.00 worth of equipment and nice cars... He must be stopped from ripping people off.
