Completed work, refusal to pay

I did a concrete job for this "person " and he litterally changed his mind daily. I even took a jackhammer and removed 8 yards of concrete that i poured the day before because he changed his mind and wanted a different slope. I did all i could to keep this man happy. I finished the last day w / a 31 yd. Pour. I looked perfect., now he refuses to pay, turned me over to l&i and wrote a horrible message about my company on thje web. I train homeless teens a trade and pay them a wage, and thanks to DAVE KELLEY. I not only lost over $2700.00 but all the labor and concrete (64 yds) and my employees have this in the back of there minds that the harder you work the faster you get shafted
