Bought luggage from JCPenny may employed it to visit Ohio before finding there via flight delta the handle was shattered, come house had JCPenny return baggage to become fixed, they delivered it at their price and delivered it in my experience fixed. This season 2008 May I applied it again same visit to Ohio handle smashed before obtaining on-ship, utilized Delta Flight. What must I-do, I Have just utilized this luggage twice. Recommend smb!
