They dont deliver as promised

I ordered some shirts for Christmas using a store credit in November 09, I was told when I ordered that it would be shipped ground so it would take longer but it would be there in a few days. On December 17 I started getting worried as the day was right around the corner, when I called I got a lady that stated it was coming from the supplier and would leave on Friday and should arrive by Monday much to my surprise I was hearing another supplier when I first ordered, nothing was said about not in stock. Well Monday rolls around and no gift I called on Wednesday and the same woman, who in a later conversation indentifies herself as the customer service manager and refuses to get her manager states, oh it was shipped for sure but it was to late in the day to check with the supplier as he was gone home. No offer to help me and by now Im in a panic part of my present is probably not coming. I called on Christmas Eve and unfortunately got the same rude lady after she got frustrated over my insistance that she call the supplier and get a tracking# she hangs up the phone. I immediately called back and she stated something happened to the phone, "yeah right" as I told her and once again she told me it was on the way and then she started yelling and said she was just giving me a credit. I don't feel I did anything wrong I am the consumer at at their mercy and must rely on the information that she gives as honest and true. WELL if the order was on the way and she knew it then why would she issue a credit. One can only assume she knew all of the time the order had not been sent was never going to get here and could care less. We have bought many items and spent quite a bit of money at this store over the internet this year alone I would recommend that anyone that is considering using these people GO SOMEWHERE ELSE your product can probably be found cheaper and will probably really be sent. They are not reliable do not use them and im holding my breath on that $99.90 store refund.
