RTO, RAC False small claims documents

Don't you just love when someone tries to sue you in small claims court and they LIE on court documents??? Last time I checked thats purgery AND against the law. Second of all the document was not even signed. Aren't they supose to sign it???

RAC, RTO what ever the heck they go by sends me documents that contain false information. What to do? What to do??? I have proof of payments and they are trying to say I am further behind than I really am. Do they really think I am that stupid as to not make payments with my credit card so I can have proof of payments???

This will be my last time dealing with these people, they even continue to call AFTER leaving a message that they will see me in court. What kind of crap is that??? Quit harassing me already!
