They post bogus ads on Craigslist for rental properties. When you call in about the property, they do the old Bait and Switch. They tell you, "why rent when you can own". They sell you on getting you into a preforeclosure for the same price that you would pay in rent. They say you can sign up for $40 per week and they provide a list of properties in your area. They tell you to cancel anytime. My wife ordered this and never received any list. When she got charged again she tried to cancel. No one answers their phone. Finally got a hold of someone named Tony Powers. Said he would handle it but never did anything. When she got charged again, tried to cancel again, but no one is available. She finally had to call the bank after being charged 5 times to cancel her card.
