I didn't get what I ordered and was not refunded my money

I ordered several items online from this company. One was listed as available on the site, but then when the box arrived it was not included, and the order form said it was out of stock. I called to get a refund, after waiting a month for the item to arrive. They told me that my refund was issued, but it never showed up on my credit card statement. So I called again, and they said that they didn't even have my credit card information, so they would issue me a check. I waited a month for that to arrive as well, which it never did. Be careful, I wouldn't order from them again!
