Bought online from Daniel Green a set of slippers. These were also slim for the individual I purchased them for. I delivered them [spending money on shipping]. Hadn't noticed from them, therefore delivered mail requesting when they rec'd them. Simply got mail stating yes they've rec'd them-but may return them because they "have now been used". These were just used on rug just for a couple of minutes to obtain the "experience" of the sneakers. Their customer support appeared excellent until this concept. If you should be considering purchasing online, be familiar with returning products. I understand they've several faithful fans, but please be familiar with return policy. Even be mindful their slippers don't have much support in-sole & the Lily design I requested appeared to be for individuals who just desired slippers for "display" because they are extremely fragile.
