Lousy customer service

On 6/1/09 I sent an order in for a nightshirt & a pair of slippers. These were each $19.99 plus S&H. I got 2 set of slippers. I adopted the directions precisely for an exchange. I acquired a look for $13.56. I delivered the seek advice from a notice saying I didn't need a look for $13.56 & when they did not possess the color nightshirt I needed I'd consider any shade. I've named, created & e mailed. It's now 8/8/09 & all I have gotten from my 6/1/09 order is a pair of slippers. I can not observe how they are able to market themselves like a business who prides themselves on customer support since itis non existent.
