Please if you are looking to buy or rent real estate in the metroplex do not engage the services of Poe Enterprises. They come across as your friend and then take advantage by keeping your security deposits, pet deposits and any other way they can keep your money. I personally had problems as well as I know of two other couples and a family who had similar problems with them. They use your security deposits to better the rental properties than the condition it was rented to you. They lied to us telling us if we could please move out early to let the new tennent in and they would credit us extra money we never saw that either. The previous tennent in the property we rented warned us too but we heed his warning. Poe enterprises are scam artists
