Renaissance Gardens Apartments
DMJ Management Company does not pay their vendors... Be very careful!

We did some signage for Renaissance Gardens. They never paid. Matter of fact every time we try to call the manager - most recently Cheryl they hang up on us. This has been going on for months. They advertise they are a Christian Management Company which is comical. Zero communication. Zero followup. Tried to get her supervisor/company name which is DMJ and she refuses to give it to us. Be VERY CAREFUL if you do any type of job for them. If they do this, no telling what they would do if you were resident!!!
