False promiises and lies

I answered a phone call from Start positive in May promiseing to reduce my mortgage with loan modification for $1500.00 dollars and a 100% money back guarantee. I paid the money and waited.in AUG I was laid off so i called them to see what was up they told me they were negotiating with my lender and to hold out one more month.in SEPT and OCt I called them several times and left several messages none of which were returned.in NOV I called my lender to see if they knew anything they told me they received the paperwork 3 days ago!!! They also told me that I did not need to pay Start Positive to do loan modification that i could have done it through my lender with no fee!!! I called Start positve angry wanting to know why they had been lying to me for 6 months and demand my money back but there number was disconnected and there website was no longer available. I have yet to hear from them today.
