Deceptive Trade Practice nothing to tell you upfront how much they charge

I want to contact an attorney to start a class action lawsuit against Global Tel Link in the Correctional facilities for deceptive trade in that they do not divulge the correct information on their recorded messages or their web sites. They overcharge and double charge. I'm tried of being ripped off!!!
