I placed an order from this place on 12/1/09, a bunch of us put money together to get a christmas gift for a friend, it has been 3 weeks since we placed that order and nothing has shown up. We called them and all i got was busy signals and voice mail. Once we did finally get a hold of someone, all the asked us was "what did we order" no confirmation number to lookup or anything like that. They then told us it will be there by "end of week" and that they were "sorry". Right off the bat i knew this was a problem because they didnt ask for a name, confirmation # or anything, just what we ordered.
