Beware false promises rip-off

NEXTEL The company did not adhere to their pricing, fraudulent salesman, overbilled, not offering the package salesman stipulated, does not refund the deposit, beware! False promises Reston Virginia...

To all consumers. Think twice before you buy a Nextel product. Make sure you get their offer in writing. The package you will receive is miles apart from what you have been promised. Salesmen will mislead you. We were taken for a joyride and afterwards... Mmmmmm... We never said that. Extremely poor customer service if you need to get problems rectified. Their policy as far as I thought after trying several times "We do not care a damn".

Products arived, one did not work at all, four were set up incorrectly (wrong dialing codes). Company went ahead and took a $1000 depost from bank account. It was never returned till date. Several tries later, no return of deposit. We shipped products back to them as the phone package they offfered was not what the salesman promised. Billing was 20% higher than rates discussed. Endless problems, problems and more problems. Not worth the headache and you sure won't get your money back. Once bitten, twice shy.
