Antique & Auction house of Southern Oregon they never entered my item in the auction and gave me less than 1/3 the market value and then lied to my face about it

In the process of moving halfway across the country from Oregon to Texas I entered several items into this auction house to be auctioned off to lighten the load and earn some extra cash for my move. These items included several large power tools, various music equipment, and a few firearms. One of the firearms was a Ruger mark 3 hunters in mint condition that had less than 50 rounds fired threw it. It was a very high end. 22 target pistols that I paid over $600 for that came with a holster, scope mount, custom grips and extra clips.in the past I had sold several firearms threw this auction house and never had a problem getting fair amounts for my guns at there auctions But this time I received less than 1/3 the fair market value of a very popular handgun and was shocked when I learned that the pistol had never been entered in the auction and was apparently sold privately for $125 according to the owners to get a better profit for me. I was so angry at that moment I was unable to speak and left the auction house in rout to the local police station. At the police station I explained what had happened as the told me there is nothing they could do and that it was a civil case requiring small claims court that I did not have the time to deal with in my move. To me this was not a civil case. To me this was blatant theft. I sighed a contract to have ALL of my items auctioned off and the most expensive item I entered is sold privately without my permission for a fraction of what it would have brought in the action. Thats stealing to me.
