Verizon Triple Play - Frauds & Liars Service Stinks

Aug 5th hooked up to verizon phone/internet/Dtv. Aug 8 get notice from VZN that i violated copyright laws by down loading harry potter torrent. I wasnt home that day i got married. Found out thru tech support verizon home tech didnt install wep key on wireless router my network was wide open.internet svc avg'd 170-240mps i.E. Dialup/isdn from aug til late october. Over 3 months - my kids do online school, many absences because they couldnt get or keep an internet connection. I was paying for 3mb. Phone svc no incoming calls. Why? My phone number never transferred but verizon was billing me.

VZN offered a "FREE" HP notebook with new svc they send you a coupon to go to HP site. Coupon code wont fit in box. HP said its numbers/code is to long to redeem. Call VZN they refer you back to HP. Plus i have to pay 50 in shipping? No free notebook because no one will fix this problem.

Made pmt arrangement with vzn to pay 168 on 3rd. Problem with unemployment, ran out. Had to file for extension. Call vzn on 12/10, call is loggd on my cell phone. Told rep had to file for ext, unemployment told me to call them back on 20th (yes theyre open on sunday) to add my hours should have check 21st or 22nd i could pay them then. Rep said "OK" no orry on svc interupt. Today svc's were interupted. Called vzn, tarra said i never called them on 10th. PROOF via my cell phone log/verizon wireless, date time number and length of call. I made these arrangements. She said no one entered call details - for me to go to PUC. I call back. Maila said no record of my call, cant turn svcs back on. My kids are home schooled they need internet, i made arrangements its not my prob if they didnt log it. Denied a supervisor.

Call back get ms thomas/mgr she will turn on svc if i pay the 168 and this months bill.
Told her i dont get paid til dec 21/22. Tough.

I demanded my acct terminated. She said ill be accessed a term fee. DTV will also issue early term fee. I told her they breached a pmt arrangement, their svc sucks, they false advertised the free computer. Ill fight it.

Dont use their services - just check out their own verizon forums, their service sucks.
They outsource reps you get pakistan, asia, india and they dont speak english, they read out of a textbook, their reps lie and dont record acct info what they tell you.
