Services didn't work right, they lost my payment, called me a liar and said i was trying to get free service

I was having problems with my service. Not 1 but all 3. I lost phone and internet at the same time. I know i was without service for at least 4 days that i am aware of. Talking to people who tried to call me it was more like 9 days.

On top of that my cable was not working right either. That has been going on for about 2 months. I have called in so many times and told the same thing its a service issue it will be fixed soon.

To add insult to injury the payment center I take my payment to lost my check. I called and was told that they would investigate the problem. On OCt. 21 I received a call from comcast about my bill not being paid I explained the what happened.

The woman for whom I spoke with had the nerve to say that she felt that the check was never lost. She said that I never paid the bill I was just blaming the staff for losing my check to get a free month of service.

This totally shocked me. My checks are duplicates so I have the copy of the check I wrote. When I went up to pay my bill I asked if they had ever found my check and was told that if was put in the box it would have been placed on my account.

Again I was treated as if I were making it all up. You would not believe how many times I have called to try to get this issue resolved. I have been told time and time again that the problem will be looked into and someone will get back to me.

They apologized to me and offered me a credit of $20.00. Wow. It would be no big deal if this were the first time that this happened but its not. Comcast has been come the rudest company ever.

I have been a loyal customer of theirs for over 12 years. And yet that does not seem to matter. I guess because they really don't have any real competition that they don't care how they treat there customers.

Its time that we as consumers stop letting these companies treat us so disrespectful. Without us they wouldn't be so successful.in the future I would like to see another cable company form and give comcast a run for their money.

Not only is their customer service terrible they are way to expensive. They also don't provide old customers with good deals. They should work just as hard to keep the customers they have as they do for the ones that they want.
