Bad customer service

I'd my pets pictures obtained they showed me the images on the screen, I requested my bundle all went excellent nevertheless when I obtained my pictures they'd not washed them up the back ground was really filthy and had hair balls throughout it! Obviously it damages the images. I tried contacting them for 5 times directly simply to obtain a saving stating these were experiencing a higher phone amount I acquired exactly the same concept every time for 5 times from 9 am til 11:00 pm! I've sent them-and still haven't noticed something back-very dissatisfied and wont cope with them again.
