Attorney & counselor Never returned my phone calls Quit on me and will not refund my 1500.00 only partial refund

I hired Joe to do a job He never kept me imformed he never returned a phone call and very seldom an Email and was always very vage. He would say in his E mail he wanted to talk and when I tried to contact him would not talk. This went on for 2 months or a little more, Then I got fed up and he quit. My new attorny say's and I do believe him that he talked to joe and he would refund my 1500.00 retainer fee. Well Joe lied. He now say's he will refund any unearned money. I have no Idea how much that will be. And he can make up any figure he wants. As far as I'm concerned He didn't earn any of it Ed
