Refund

This company did not fulfill their contractual agreement, which was to fix a credit situation within 30-45 days. After FOUR months, I was told that the problem could not be fixed and I would receive a refund of my money ($1500.00). As of November 20, I have not received my refund. Moreover, I have placed at least a dozen calls and messages. None of my calls have been returned.
