Bill pay not posted and being lied to by empleeyes working there

I use BILL PAY to pay my bills, every other Bank or person receive the check in the same small city on the same day and it get posted promptly from the other bank which is walking distance form the US BANK branch in Auburn, WA. They are consistently 3-4 day late, well this time 1 week, so I called the the branch, was rudely told they had no time to check and was told to call back in 1 hour she was going out to lunch and refused to let me talk to someone else. I called back and the same lady answered the phone, I asked to please check the mail and I was told they person that checks the mail was not there today. Then I asked her if that person is ever there because it is never posted on time and another bank with in walking distance always post theirs on time. She got all huffy, then I told her I was tired of being lied too. Never got an answer and never got to talk to anyone else in the bank. Well US BANK be proud of Your 5 STAR SERVICE.
