US Bank Located At Pyramid & Los Altos Office Sparks Nevada Called and harassed several times a week, reported incorrect information to Check systems

Below is the email that was sent to US bank:

I have had checking accounts for over 30 years and I never have been treated the way the new Spanish Springs branch has treated me. After opening the account the branch called me 4 times a week leaving messages asking how they can enhance my account. Then there became a problem with bill pay and a check was cashed from the bill pay account 5 weeks later after submittal. Since the branch called me all the time I asked them 3 times if all bill pay transactions appeared to have gone through that I am now located in Fernley Nevada and there is no US bank branch here. I was told yes all transactions have gone through there is no worry of going to a negative balance. Out of surprise another check went through from the county Sewer department creating a $90.44 Negative balance balance.

At this time the branch stopped calling me so I called them 8 times and all customer care personnel stated I had to talk to the manager of the branch we will have her call you when she comes in the next day. Never received any more phone calls. Until the manager could handle the problem I paid the $90.44 and the branch went on charging extreme amounts bringing the balance over $400 negative and have yet to resolve the problem nor call me on what they proposed to do. Then the branch closed my account and had the audacity to report me to check systems. I am livid on US banks poor customer service.
