Crappy Treatment and Service

I've been an avid coach customer for over20 years. As of recently i've been very unhappy with their product but still continue to support it. I recently sent in a bag for repair. Bag was tracked and shows being delivered and SIGNED by someone at the Coach facility however, they are telling me that they cant not "locate" my bag.

I was initially offered a replacement (store credit) however the bag can not be replaced because its discontinued. I then get a call back telling me that the bag that i sent in for repair. The bag that they can NOT locate is a bag they are showing as having been returned?! (What?). I'm out of a bag and on top of that have been accused and questioned by RUDE Associates at the call center. I am gathering all of the coach bags that i have and all of my reeipts (because i keep them) and taking them all back. I will sell the gift cards on ebay for CASH for me! I am so livid and through with Coach at this point and i've been VERY vocal with all of my friends and family about my experience. Word of mouth is the best advertisement it can help or hurt you. Coach will never get another Dime from me.
