Misrepresenting the services they are offering on a websit.in the fine print they refer to an "opt out" link which does not exist. They are offering a "free trial" for $1.00, which I did not sign up for. Many others have filed complaints with this company. If you put "SUP*GROWTHTOOLS" in a google search u will be taken to a page where u will find many more complaints about this company.
Called the telephone number 866-4514292. Talked to a cus service rep they said I signed up for a service in November then asked for my address to verify i gave them my NEW ADDRESS as I didn't live here in november and they said "yes" they had that address on file which is impossible since I just moved here. Futher more they gave me a cancelation number for a service 171001 which i did not order in the first place. I googled this company and found numerous other complaints about the company.in one complaint it said they offer an opt out but provide no links to do so. The amount was for 79.17 and will cause my checking acct. To be over drawn. It is currently in the "pending" transctions. Please help stop this fraud. If u put "SUP*GROWTHTOOLS" in a google search it will take u too all the numerous complaints. I did not order or authorize any service from this company. Please tell me u can help. Right before Christmas and I am in a very low income bracket currently on unemployment. Thank You so much. I will be waiting to hear form u.
I highly suggest going to http://www.ohioattorneygeneral. Gov/ConsumerComplaint. Aspx and filing an official complaint with this gov office. I have done so in the past and they have helped.
