On November 19 approx. 5:14pm, I ordered merchandise from Soapmaker's Garden via internet website. I was provided an order status worksheet with order number, address, and shipping information. Today is December 6, and I have not received any products. I tried emailing them at the support website, but it is coming back as being an undeliverable email address. There was no number provided to contact representatives. Now, I'm thinking there's no chance of me receiving my product or money after reading other complaints from this company. I would like for others to know of the misguided and bogus information this company has provided.
Be aware of the preditors that prey on your dependency of the internet.
