Ugg boots oreder gets cold feet

Ordered Ugg boots on 12/7. My credit card was charged immediately but the boots have not been delivered. When I went to the website today it appears the website is not available. I have no other way to contact this "company". When I completed my original order I felt something was wrong, but had no way to delete my order. There was no order confirmation, no customer number, & no follow-up email stating my order was placed. Also, there was no information provided to track my order.
