THey did not mention a service fee for just coming to my home

When I spoke to Desiree, their phone receptionist, she did not mention a service fee for just coming to my home.
She also would not answer my request for a fee for installing a dishwasher. She said the plumber would tell me when he gives me his estimate for the work I wanted done.
When he told me it would be over $360 to install ONE pipe under my sink so the hose to the dishwasher could be connected, I though he was crazy. Then to install the dishwasher would be an additional $340.00 plus!
That meant about $700 to install a dishwasher and one pipe.
Not only did I repeat that he was crazy, but that I was an Air Force veteran, and his estimate was at a price higher than I ever flew!
Then he wanted $59 for giving me the estimate.
I refused, and await a letter from their lawyer.
I would not recommend these thieves to anyone.
