Deceptive selling pracrtices. Misrepresentation of the product. Malcious handling of claim

I originally purchase 2 of these warranties Feb. One of which i cancelled the very next day. Not before however they charged $495 from my credit card for the initial down payment for each. After numerous requests and disputing with my credit card company they have not credit me the $495 to this date of the warranty i canceled.

A more recent experience is I took my 2005 range rover to a Landrover service center for transmission failure. I was told they will not cover the transmission if it has any burn marks on any components within the transmission. First off i was not given the 'actual' warranty until after I purchased the product. Definition as follows for transmission: " All internal components of the transmission that require lubrication for operation. Torque converter, vacuum modulator, accumulator, electronic shift control unit, transmission case, and oil pan covered only if damaged by failure of an internally lubricated transmission Covered component and condition". Landrover usually just swaps out the transmission for a rebuilt one and calls it a day. CDWS requires I pay $250 up front to tear down the transmission and lay out the parts for CDWS to come by inspect all the parts. The transmission cost my $5500 to replace.

I have since canceled the warranty and requested a full refund. However this has been heard only on deaf ears. I am requesting $495 plus 8 payments of 156 per month refunded to me.
