We produce cleansing item; it's liquid with possibly sprayers or screw tops. We've experienced company for more than 20 years; advantages costs us a lot of money, they BREAK our containers (plus they are durable) never possessing as much as destroying our purchases. They don't contact us to let's understand in a regular way our client did not obtain purchase, and therefore are not customer-friendly.
We changed to FedEx and therefore are happy. They seldom damage our cargo of course if they are doing they let's understand immediately; occasionally we visit a sign in the email before we place in to get a state! That actually happened! They're extremely customer-oriented.
I truly feel like we've been robbed by advantages, we're an extremely small company and every time we've to re ship an order it costs us cash. A whole lot worse than that (and that's poor enough) our customer can't-get their purchase so that they cannot market for their client. It creates our company seem poor and we purchase the recognition. I can't look for a advantages Protest division possibly, has other people discovered that website?
So what can we do to obtain fulfillment, anybody have any conceptis? I'd prefer to participate an enormous team that complains for them and obtain some push; perhaps they'd alter their plan. I noticed the main reason they do not worry about their clients is basically because they're marriage and FedEx is not... Anything to consider is not it.
