Certifiedwatchstore High caliber Watch advertised as new... Was poorly refurbished!

I ve just bought a "high-caliber" watch from certifiedwatchstore.com, advertised as new of course!
When i have received the watch, I showed it to a friend, expert in watches: obviously not new but refurbished model: bezel polished and screws on the bezel misaligned (the watch has been opened for some reason, and then the guys who open the watch misaligned the screws when they put it back together). Facts confirmed by the Manufacture. So it is a refurbished watch.
I m now waiting for the answer of the customer service for exchange or refund... 10 days and they offer me to open "locally" the watch again and realign the screws...!
Crazy story for a so expansive watch!!!
