I feel that that they're very unprofessional and handled my situation poorly

I requested a set of pajamas online on 12/31. I never received emails confirming possibly the keeping my order or even the cargo of my purchase. I approached the organization and was informed the factory have been on holiday to get a week. I paid $70.00 additional to possess my purchase delivered via UPS Overnight Air. This never occurred. It is currently been 4 times and that Iam still awaiting my order to reach. I realized that my charge card was billed instantly upon putting my purchase. I am uncertain that my charge card cost for delivery is likely to be decreased because I never obtained the support that I settled for. I will never conduct business with this specific organization again. Personally I think that that they are really unprofessional and managed my condition badly.
