Taught their sales people to be flatout liars about esp contracts ripoff business from hell

I have been ripped-off and lied to not once but this is the second time by circuit city. They sold me a esp contract and stood there to my face and said if anything happened to my satellite all i had to do was bring it back to the store and they would fix it or replace it there, i had deep conerns since they had told me this before and i went 3 months waiting on service people to come to my home and fix my satellite, but they assured me that this was the gospel, not true.

I arrived at the asheville store with my satellite in hand and they said oh you will have to call the in-home repair number, i could not believe that i was so stupid as to believe them but i did. We have not yet been able to get in touch with the service people whom we were given to call and its been over a week. The last time they traveled over 200 miles to our house, and i am paying a direct tv bill for a tv that i can't watch. How can such a large corporation stay in business with such fraud acts! I will never buy or step foot in another circuit city store as long as i live.
