Fradulent unauthorized charges on credit card

On 10/28 My daughter purchased items from Hollister.com for 102.65. The package arrived 11 days later. Four items did not fit. So we sent the items back immediately.

The items were received by Hollister on 11/23. The amount was refunded to the account on 11/24. We talked to them by phone and stated we did not want these items.

On 11/25, they resent these items again out and charged our account without authorization. We called Hollister to complain. They would not stop the purchase.

Here is their response:

Now I see what happened. You requested to cancel your exchange. Forsome reason, the request for the cancel did not process and theexchange was sent out. When you receive the package, just use the SmartLabel to return the package back to us at Hollisterand we'll waive the return fees for this parcel. We are very sorry thishappened and we'll look into the situation to find out why so that itdoes not happen again. Once we receive your return, we'll issue acredit for the cost of the merchandise. We apologize for anyinconvenience this has caused. We'll be waiting for your return.

What gives them the right to charge my card without authorization? This is the worst customer service on the planet.

Last year we ordered from these people for christmas presents. They guaranteed arrival before christmas... Two weeks late when it finally got here. Did not waive the expedited shipping fees.
