Complete Deception, Scam

After having answered an ad for an Inside sales/Appointment setter position, I went into Union Business Solutions for an interview. I met with a woman who was the "Inside Sales Manager" and was offered the position. I completed all the "new hire paperwork" & began working the following Monday Morning.
Little did I know the charade that I had gotten involved with. After first three days the daily production quota was raised by 25%, although strange because at least I had attained the original daily quota, I said "OK".
The second week, the "President & CEO" Thomas Brooks, sends out an email stating that not only was the quota being raised again, that the position was now being changed from a salaried plus commission position to a 1099 straight commission position, & refusing to pay employees for the work done under the original agreement that they'd been hired under.
At this point, I listened to my "gut" and severed all connections with this outfit (even though I was never paid and was told that "I would'nt be". My suggestion is both for potential employees as well as any potential "clients" looking for Business Financial Services, I would avoid this like the Plague, from what I've seen, no good will come of it. Also, businesses that may have submitted information to them for the purpose of securing loans or financing, beware.
