Glorya Wilson Refused to Refund My Money

Every year King Country Radio hosts a conference for musicians to perform. For $125, Glorya Wilson offered to have a DVD copy of one's performance. I agreed to this and was charged this amount on my credit card.
Shortly before the conference started, the videographer allegedly dropped out. I requested the return of my money but was told I would get the refund at the conference.
While at the conference, she still refused to refund my money, citing financial issues but promised to send a check after it was over. Well, it ended half a year ago and despite promises to send my money, nothing has ever shown up.
Now I realize she had no intention of ever refunding my money. Whether there really was a videographer or not I don't know. All I ever heard from her was a sob story that the videographer never reimbursed her and she was having financial issues. This is not my problem. I purchased a service, never received it and never saw my money again.
