Total Rip OFF - HORRIBLE - videography at wedding

I hired this company to videotape my wedding. They took my payment in full in advance of the event. The videographer showed up and shot the footage. A month later, having heard nothing from the company, I started calling. The only person who will assist after your event is "Jeremy" who NEVER RETURNS PHONE CALLS. No one ever returns phone calls. Three months later - no video - no refund. The Videographer just emailed me that he never got paid, so he didn't give them the raw footage. They took my money and never paid the videographer. These guys should go to jail for theft.
