I put an order on Nordstrom.com on the set of Hudson Jeans. After I obtained the trousers after waiting anxiously to get a week to arrive. To my shock after I popped the bundle the trousers had no labels on and were split in the back-pocket... After I named Nordstrom to protest all-they may state was to consider them towards the closest Nordstrom shop to come back for credit. They didnt provide to displace the trousers or anything related. They stated these were sold-out and there is nothing they are able to do. After I got the trousers towards the Real Nordstrom shop, I requested the store worker to please credit my acct for delivery aswell because the split and broken product obtained on my own wasn't my fault. She in exchange responded with " We usually do not return the delivery costs, But we shall create an exclusion this once" I had been irritated together with her reaction, she served as though she was doing me a benefit? When the truth is it had been there insufficient customer support and mess that triggered this issue.

I had been actually amazed with-it being Nordstrom who's extremely recognized due to their excellent support general... I've been a respected client for a long time, Im truly dissatisfied in the manner they managed this deal. Unhappy whatsoever. Will probably not store there again.
