Bait and switch, over-billing

We've been having billing issues for the past few years - we decided to drop Sprint since our contract was over. We called to cancel our account and the guy in charge of cancelling accounts listened to our reasons for dropping sprint and said that if we stayed on board - he would give us a discount that would bring the monthly price down dramatically. We stayed on board because of this promise - and the first month the discounts were applied, but the following month they stopped.

We called to get the issue rectified - and the people at the executive business services branch of sprint who answered our FCC complaint said that since there were no notes on the subject - they can't do anything. Fortunately I record conversations with sprint (I'm in a state that allows single-sided recording), but the executive business services would not even listen to it.

This is a classic case of bait and switch - and apparently it happens quite a bit at Sprint.

We setup a website to gather other users who are victims of sprint for a potential class action lawsuit.
