Ikea light fitting for ceiling - ceiling light fitting

I bought 10 of those light fittings and install them all over the house. The cover is made of frosted glass. The issue is the the one installed in the kitchen just exploded and fell to the floor (only the frosted glass explode, the bulb is still intact and working, but one of the plastic bracket holding the frosted glass up is also broken). It is just fortunate that no one was under the light at that time. My concern now is when another one is going to explode.
Hope Ikea can attend to this before another one explodes and injure someone
