Bait and Switch, delivers unusable product, won't refund money ripoff

We ordered a custom printed mugs for our wedding as give away gifts. They charged our credit card but nothing arrived. A month later when we called about them, they said they had been trying to reach us for a month; not true. But they then said they can't get black ink to stick to frosted glass and we would have to switch to another glass, which they said would look fabulous.
We requested a proof of what it would look like, but they jusy printed them and sent them. They are unreadable black ink on dark blue glass. Plus they tried to charge us extra for them! They won't anwer our phone and e-mail messages asking for a resolution, I guess they figure they got our money and don't have to fix their mistakes.
They say we approved the printing, but they never sent a proof of the printing on the substituted glass. Plus the glass the substituted is full of bubbles and surface imperfections. Very poor quality. They KNEW they were no good when they sent them— they didn't print their logo on the bottoms like they usually do.

DONT GET RIPPED OFF! Use someone else!
