Franklin Mint
Not Reciving Bills

Shops, Products, Services

Have bought many collectibles from thr Franklin Mint. Went four months without reciving a bill. Sent numberous e-mails to Customer Service but never recived a response. Finally recived a bill for $250.00 due now and a $10.00 late fee. Again sent numberous email but got no response from any of them.

Then recived a letter from Mark Robinson "Credit and Collection Manger" about my past due account. Wrote Mr. Robinson a letter informing him that I had not been reciving bills for the past four months that my account should not be past due and that I would pay as per my scheduled payments were supposed to be but that I wanted to recive a bill first. Also informed him that this was not the first time that i had gone several months without reciving a bill. The only response I got back was a bill demanding full payment at once and that I could charge it to my credit card if I wanted to.

Then went to the Better Business Bureau Website and found the address for Mr. Robert Knoll "Office of The Vice President of Franklin Mint" and sent him a email explaining what has been happening and the treatment I had been reciving. I then recived a letter from his assisant, Angela Mitchell-Williams stating that even though I did not recive bills for four months I still should have paid them.

If they want to hold my bill for four months. Why should I have to pay a late fee because this promblem was started from their end and is no fault of my own. I am seriously thinking of just paying them $1.00 per month just to get back at them.
