Refused to help disabled

I had been buying in Walmart in Cromwell, Ct about Nov. 11.

I'm handicapped, can't raise more then 10lbs because of numerous operations. I'd were able to pull a 21lb carrier along with a 21lb pot of kitten over the ledge then allow it to fall into my carriage, (finding a worker requires fifteen minutes or longer).

I visited the checkout, informed THE TOP cashier I'm diabled, can't raise these things and may she please locate anyone to assist.

She said there is no one within the shop to assist me and so I questioned easily must simply abandon these things below and push 10miles back on a later date???

She said the "doorman" perhaps ready to assist easily generate my vehicle towards the gates.

The "doorman" described he'd to "shield the gates" (I highly doubt terrorists were searching for this unique shop at that time).

Therefore, I slowly strolled to my vehicle banging my mind in wonder... Notice there is about 45 vehicles within the parking lot. I kept my breathe, raised the plastic pot and allow is fall into my vehicle. I got the carrier, ripped it-up towards the the surface of the carriage and decreased it into my vehicle.

Then Your carrier split-open and CLEAN ACTION kitten was everywhere. When I was driving away I imagined... Gee if perhaps I'd a camera to movie each one of these vehicles resting within the ton - subsequently appreciated I did so! I cruised the ton and video-taped all of the vehicles left, I also got a go of many workers standing only within the doorway seeing me

I Have visited others shops in which a supervisor or even the storeowner can help if no body can be obtained - THAT IS CUSTOMER SUPPORT and getting a problem just like a handicap with regard.

I'll be calling the store-manager, area manager and headquarters.
