Quoted me a price then tried to charge me 3 times that amount and I didn't have that much to move

I made arrangements to have my things delivered to my new home in september because they informed me that they were going out of business and had to get everything delivered. We set up delivery for september 5 but they didn't show up until september 8. When they arrived, I was told I still owed them $700.00 and I had to pay by cash or money order only. I had previously made payments by credit card but they refused to take my card for final payment. The two delivery men were very rude to me so I called the office and was told I could not use a credit card. I was told that they informed me ahead of time about the cash or money order but that is not true. I got part of my property but they refused to give me the rest of my boxes which included my late husbands ashes. After the delivery men left, they called me on the phone and were rude to me again, even calling me names. I did not know the balance I owed until they came with the truck. I had sent many emails and placed many phone calls to Rose H. And Liliana Lopes trying to get my balance owed, but they never did give me an amount. Complaint Summary
