On September 3 Joshua Weaver came to my home in Wichita Kansas and gave me a speech about selling magazines to help pay for his college.
I wrote a check for $71.00 for a (yes one) magazine subscription. It is now November and I have yet to recieve the magazine. I have since put a stop payment on my check.
