We purchased a recliner about 1 year ago from bobs they asked us if we wanted the extra protection in case we need repairs or cleaning to the chair we paid for this for a 5 year period. When i called to have the chair cleaned i was given a hard time and told i had paper work to fill some of the questions i could not answer so i decided to call bobs back to cancel this service i was told that i had 30 days to cancel and now its too late who dirtys a chair in 30 days they said i could not get my money back or cancel. They never told me i only had 30 days to cancel and if it is regular wear and tear they wont clean it either all i must say is dont go to bobs or buy and extra services youll get ripped off
