False charges for a monthly rewards program I never signed up for

While purchasing plants through ohio.com obituaries website. I had been rerouted to bloom.com where I oredered blossoms to get a memorial to become shipped following day ever since then I've been billed each month despite calling saying I never registered and desired this stopped immediatley. I'm really betrayed to get been cheated in this period of suffering. Consequently I'll never purchase flowers online again.

It has been 6 months plus they are still receiving me regular to-date.
