Ripoff They steal YOUR trade ins and you DON'T get credit for it

I am a Ex employee who thought this was unfair so i'm tellig you about it. First off when you trade in your games to them they steal your game ad ndon't give you credit for it.

Ok the way this worked was if you traded in 5 games and one of them you are susspose to get more money then the other ones. Well they would take that game and put it aside. At the end of their shift they would trade in all the games themselves, But they no returned them. So they get full face value for the games that you brought in to them. And you don't see a dime of it.

I find this very unfair I am not sure if more than this one is doing that but i know that this one is. If you go in there always keep a list of what u trade in as well.
