Lied, ignored, and disregarded return policy

My Problem with Mishka NYC is that they clearly don't follow there own Policy of return. I Purchased an item and after receiving it I was not pleased with the look of the item. I notified them through email because there is no phone # provided.

I emailed them that I wanted to make a return for a refund which there return policy stated as an option. It stated, "All refunds will be refunded to the credit card used at the time of purchase. Refunds are not available for any product after the 7 days. All sale/discount items can not be returned for a refund. Store credit only unless otherwise noted.

My Notification was made two days after receiving my order and was not on sale or discounted. I then received an email saying, "we only offer store credit, not refunds. "I replied saying, "If You don't offer refunds you need to update your site because it clearly says, " All refunds will be refunded to the credit card used at the time of purchase." This Hoodie was not on Sale or discounted."

I never received a response again after sending three of the same emails. I will never purchase anything from them again. They didn't even have the decency to respond and explain.
